This 1993 Nissan Skyline GT-R represents the pinnacle of period-correct performance refinement, developed as Toprank Classic Specialties’ “Ultimate Street Spec” in collaboration with Toprank Shizuoka Technical Factory (STF) led by Sato-san. Completed in August 2025 at 107,011 km, the car underwent a comprehensive mechanical and chassis refresh designed to enhance drivability, reliability, and precision while retaining the authentic R32 GT-R spirit.

The RB26DETT engine was refreshed with a new Nismo timing belt, Tomei fuel system, and Sard 12-hole injectors, all managed through an A’PEXi Power FC ECU with a custom R35 MAF conversion and GReddy Profec boost controller. Supporting upgrades include Juratek R35 ignition coils, a Tomei adjustable fuel regulator and high-capacity fuel pump, HKS cam pulleys, and complete seal and belt servicing.

For the suspension and brakes, the car uses Ohlins DFV coilovers with pillow-ball upper mounts, Cusco tension rods, Nismo front and rear arms and bushings, and SuperPro member collars. The factory brake calipers were overhauled using OEM seal kits, paired with Endless SSS pads, Dixcel SD rotors, and Nismo stainless braided lines for improved stopping performance.

Externally, it sits on Enkei PF05 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped in brand-new Yokohama Advan Apex V601 tires, while the interior features a Nismo 40th Anniversary steering wheel, a custom mount for the GReddy Profec controller, and a Do-Luck digital G-sensor. Additional restoration details include a brand-new OEM C-pillar finisher and a refreshed Nismo 320 km/h speedometer.

All fluids were replaced using Wako’s and Speedmaster products, the A/C system was recharged, and HICAS and power-steering lines were renewed. The rocker cover gaskets were replaced and painted, and the car received routine servicing for battery, filters, and brake fluid.

Every system — from ignition and fuel delivery to suspension geometry and brake response — has been carefully refined to deliver a factory-plus driving experience that preserves the essence of the R32 GT-R while bringing its performance to modern standards. This BNR32 GT-R stands as a showcase of craftsmanship and engineering excellence by Toprank and STF, ready to be driven and enjoyed as the ultimate street-spec Skyline.
